A full body checkup is only as useful as the doctor reading it. Dr. Sanjay Sachdev offers physician-led full body health checkups in South Delhi — CBC, HbA1c, lipid profile, liver, kidney, thyroid, vitamin D and B12, ECG, ultrasound and age-appropriate cancer screening — every result interpreted, and a signed written report with a 12-month plan.
A genuine whole body checkup covers six domains: metabolic (fasting glucose, HbA1c, lipid profile, thyroid, uric acid), organ function (liver, kidney, CBC, urine routine), nutrition (vitamin D, vitamin B12, iron, ferritin), cardiovascular (blood pressure, ECG, and where indicated 2D echo, TMT or CT coronary calcium score), imaging (abdominal ultrasound; chest X-ray when clinically needed), and cancer screening (mammography, Pap smear, PSA, faecal occult blood, or colonoscopy referral based on age and family history). Anything less is a partial panel.
Most full body checkup packages in Delhi are lab bundles — you get a stack of PDFs and no one to read them. Dr. Sachdev's checkup is the opposite: a 45–60 minute consultation reviews every value against your history, family risk and lifestyle, catches the borderline HbA1c, the creeping LDL, the fatty liver, the drifting TSH, and turns them into an action list before they become disease.
For senior professionals and founders we add a cardiac stress test (TMT) or CT coronary calcium score, high-sensitivity CRP, HbA1c with fasting insulin (for insulin resistance), detailed thyroid panel, PSA or mammography, and a review of sleep, alcohol, exercise and stress. The output is a physician-signed executive health report — not a template.
Women's checkups include everything above plus a gynaecological history, breast examination, mammography or breast ultrasound (age-appropriate), Pap smear referral, iron studies (for anaemia), vitamin D and B12 (commonly deficient), thyroid (very high prevalence), and a bone health review after 45. PCOS, thyroid and iron deficiency are the three most-missed findings we routinely catch.
Men's checkups add a cardiovascular focus (BP, ECG, TMT/CT calcium score where indicated), fasting insulin and HbA1c for early diabetes, liver panel and ultrasound for fatty liver, uric acid, PSA after 50 (or 45 with family history), and a review of alcohol, smoking, sleep and stress. Silent hypertension, fatty liver and prediabetes are the three findings we see most often in men aged 35–55.
If you have — or your family has — diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disease or heart disease, an annual preventive health checkup is non-negotiable. We tailor the panel: HbA1c and fasting insulin for diabetes risk, TSH with free T4 and anti-TPO for thyroid, lipid profile with ApoB and Lp(a) plus ECG and calcium scoring for cardiac risk. The point is early detection, not reassurance.
Bloods and urine can be collected at home across South Delhi and Noida — usually a morning slot between 6:30 and 8:30 AM. ECG and abdominal ultrasound are done at the clinic or partner centre in the same visit. The physician consultation and written report review is scheduled 3–5 days later at Friends Colony East (C-58) or Maharani Bagh Community Centre.
You leave with one document, physician-signed: a one-page dashboard of every key number, a domain-by-domain risk read (heart, metabolic, liver, kidney, thyroid, cancer, nutrition), a specific action list — what to start, what to stop, what to repeat, when to come back — and a 12-month recall calendar. Raw lab PDFs are attached as an appendix for your records.
