Executive Health Checkup in Delhi — Doctor-Led, Written Report
Dr. Sanjay Sachdev offers physician-led executive health checkups and full body checkups in South Delhi — designed for senior professionals, founders, and families who want their numbers interpreted, not just measured. Every checkup ends with a signed, written report and a 12-month prevention plan.
A full body checkup (or whole body / master health checkup) screens the essentials — CBC, HbA1c, lipid profile, liver, kidney, thyroid, vitamin D and B12, ECG, ultrasound. The executive tier goes deeper: cardiac stress test (TMT) or CT coronary calcium score, ApoB and Lp(a), fasting insulin for insulin resistance, age-appropriate cancer screening (mammography, Pap, PSA, colonoscopy referral), a 45–60 minute physician consultation, and a signed 12-month plan. If you want a genuine executive-grade evaluation, this is what to ask for.
What's included
A 45–60 minute physician consultation, fasting metabolic panel (HbA1c, fasting glucose, fasting insulin, lipid profile with ApoB and Lp(a), liver and kidney function, thyroid with free T4 and anti-TPO, uric acid, vitamin D and B12, iron studies), cardiovascular evaluation (BP, ECG, 2D echo, TMT or CT coronary calcium score where indicated), abdominal ultrasound, age and sex appropriate cancer screening (mammography, Pap, PSA, colonoscopy referral), and a review of current medications and supplements.
Executive health checkup for men
For men aged 35–60, the focus is cardiovascular (silent hypertension, high LDL, elevated Lp(a), family history of heart disease), metabolic (prediabetes, fatty liver, insulin resistance, uric acid), and cancer (PSA after 50, colon screening after 45). Silent hypertension, fatty liver and prediabetes are the three most common findings we catch.
Executive health checkup for women
For women, the checkup covers thyroid disease (very high prevalence), iron deficiency anaemia, vitamin D and B12 deficiency, PCOS, bone health after 45, breast health (clinical exam plus mammography or breast ultrasound), and cervical cancer screening (Pap smear). Missed thyroid, anaemia and vitamin D deficiency are the three findings we routinely correct.
The written report
You receive a physician-signed report — not a stack of lab PDFs. It opens with a one-page dashboard of your key numbers, then a domain-by-domain read of heart, metabolic, liver, kidney, thyroid and cancer risk, followed by a clear action list: what to start, what to stop, what to repeat, and when to come back. Raw lab values are attached as an appendix.
Why interpretation matters
Most preventable disease lives in the gap between a 'normal' report and the right interpretation — a borderline HbA1c, a creeping LDL, a fatty liver on ultrasound, a TSH drifting up, an ApoB out of proportion to LDL. The value of an executive health checkup is the physician reading it: risk-stratified, specific to you, and revisited each year so trends are caught early.
Preventive health checkup — annual recall
An annual preventive health checkup is non-negotiable if you have — or your family has — diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disease, obesity, or heart disease. Your report includes a 12-month recall calendar: when to recheck HbA1c, when to repeat the lipid panel, when to image again. We hold the timeline so you don't have to.
Home sample collection & scheduling
Bloods can be collected at home across South Delhi (Friends Colony, New Friends Colony, Maharani Bagh, Defence Colony, GK, Lajpat Nagar, Kalkaji, Saket, Vasant Kunj), and Noida. ECG, ultrasound and cardiac imaging are at the clinic or partner centre. The physician consultation is at Friends Colony East (C-58) or Maharani Bagh Community Centre, Monday to Saturday, by appointment.
Frequently asked
9 answers
What is included in an executive health check-up?+
A structured physician-led evaluation covering history and examination, cardiovascular risk (BP, ECG, lipids, ApoB, Lp(a), and often 2D echo, TMT stress test or CT coronary calcium score), metabolic panel (HbA1c, fasting insulin, thyroid, liver, kidney, vitamin D and B12, uric acid), cancer screening appropriate to age and sex (mammography, Pap, PSA, faecal occult blood), abdominal ultrasound, and a personalised written report — not a generic package.
How is an executive health checkup different from a full body checkup?+
A full body checkup covers the essentials — CBC, HbA1c, lipids, liver, kidney, thyroid, ECG, ultrasound. An executive health checkup adds cardiac stress testing or CT calcium scoring, ApoB and Lp(a), fasting insulin, detailed cancer screening, a 45–60 minute physician consultation, and a signed 12-month prevention plan. Both are doctor-led at Dr. Sachdev's clinics — the executive tier is deeper and interpretation-heavy.
How much does an executive health checkup cost in Delhi?+
A comprehensive executive health checkup in South Delhi typically ranges from ₹12,000–₹25,000 depending on age, gender and add-ons like CT coronary calcium score, TMT, mammography or colonoscopy referral. A quote is shared upfront after a short call so you never pay for tests you don't need.
How is a doctor-led check-up different from a hospital package?+
Hospital and lab packages bundle tests; a physician-led check-up interprets them in context. The same blood report can mean very different things depending on your history, family risk, and lifestyle. You leave with answers, not just numbers.
What does the written report look like?+
A single physician-signed summary in plain English: a one-page dashboard of your key numbers, a risk read for heart, metabolic, liver, kidney, thyroid and cancer domains, an action list (medications, lifestyle, repeat tests), and a one-year recall plan. Raw lab PDFs are attached for your records.
How long does it take and how is it scheduled?+
Investigations are typically completed in a single morning (fasting bloods, ECG, ultrasound, and cardiac imaging if indicated). The physician consultation and report review is a 45–60 minute appointment, usually 3–5 days later once all results are in.
How often should I do a full health check?+
Annually after 40, every two years from 30–40 if there are no risk factors, and yearly at any age if there is diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, obesity, fatty liver, thyroid disease, or strong family history of heart disease or cancer.
Can investigations be done at my preferred lab?+
Yes. We can review reports from any reputed lab (SRL, Dr. Lal PathLabs, Metropolis, Apollo, Max) or arrange tests through partner diagnostics with home sample collection across South Delhi and Noida.
Is executive health checkup available near me in South Delhi?+
Yes — home sample collection is available across Friends Colony, New Friends Colony, Maharani Bagh, Defence Colony, GK-I, GK-II, Lajpat Nagar, Kalkaji, Saket, Vasant Kunj and adjoining Noida sectors. Imaging and the physician consultation are at Friends Colony East (C-58) or Maharani Bagh Community Centre.
