Standard panel (age 30–45): ₹8,000–₹12,000 — adds vitamin B12, iron studies, uric acid, abdominal ultrasound, blood pressure and BMI review. Comprehensive panel (age 45+ or with risk factors): ₹12,000–₹15,000 — adds hs-CRP, HbA1c with fasting insulin, ApoB, 2D echo or TMT. What drives the cost of a full body checkup
Three things: number of blood tests, imaging (ultrasound ~₹1,500, 2D echo ~₹2,500, TMT ~₹2,500, CT calcium score ~₹5,000–₹6,000), and cancer screening (mammography ~₹2,000, PSA ~₹500, Pap smear ~₹800–₹1,500). Everything else — sample collection, physician consultation, written report — is bundled. We never mark up tests; you pay the partner lab or imaging centre rate.
Full body checkup cost for men
For men aged 35–55, we usually recommend the standard panel plus a cardiac stress test (TMT) or CT coronary calcium score based on risk factors — typical spend ₹10,000–₹14,000. Silent hypertension, fatty liver and prediabetes are the three findings we most often catch in this age group. Adding PSA after 50 costs another ₹500–₹800.
Full body checkup cost for women
For women, the standard panel plus breast examination, breast ultrasound or mammography (age-appropriate), Pap smear referral, iron studies and detailed thyroid usually costs ₹9,000–₹13,000. PCOS, thyroid disease and iron-deficiency anaemia are the three findings we most often catch. Bone density (DEXA) after 45 adds ~₹2,500 where indicated.

Why we don't sell fixed packages
A 32-year-old runner and a 58-year-old with a family history of heart disease need very different checkups. Fixed packages either over-test the first (wasted money) or under-test the second (missed disease). Dr. Sachdev's approach: a 5-minute call, review of your history and any existing reports, then a personalised itemised quote — usually ₹1,500–₹3,000 less than an equivalent hospital package because we cut out the tests that don't help you.

Why is a full body checkup cost lower here than at a corporate hospital?+
Corporate hospital packages are priced for volume and include tests you may not need (e.g. tumour markers with no evidence base, repeat imaging). A physician-led checkup removes those, keeps the medically useful ones, and adds what most hospital packages skip — a 45–60 minute consultation and a signed written report. You pay for medicine, not marketing.
Is home sample collection included in the full body checkup price?+
Yes. Home sample collection across South Delhi (Friends Colony, New Friends Colony, Maharani Bagh, Defence Colony, GK, Lajpat Nagar, Kalkaji, Saket) and Noida is included in the checkup quote. ECG and ultrasound are done at the clinic or a partner centre; the physician consultation is at Friends Colony East (C-58) or Maharani Bagh Community Centre.

For anyone over 40, or with family history of diabetes, hypertension, heart disease or cancer, this panel is incomplete. We would rather quote you honestly than sell you a cheap package that misses the point.

A single itemised quote is shared upfront by WhatsApp — you approve it before any test is drawn. There are no consultation surprises, no repeat-visit fees for the report review, and no add-on charges for the written report.
